Arby's - New Kensington

I appreciate the customer service here just as much as I enjoy the food. However, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The behavior of the staff was truly appalling, inappropriate, and unacceptable in today's society. I have been to many places where the service was subpar, but this was by far the worst experience I have had with rude and unprofessional employees.

Terrible service of the manager of all people. they would think that a man is the person to go, but no. so disappointed it is disgusting. very rude and very hastened from no ground. there was no one behind me and I can't even take my time. one of the most rude encounters I had with a worker. that says a lot. will take my service to another restaurant. it's her job. I was treated like a bad one. I give my money to this restaurant and that's what I get. do their job they are paid. the first time I've ever been treated like that.

I really don't know if it's understated or not, but it's very slow, but when it comes to arby's, but wait is always worth it. 5/5

I don't know where to start. noisy harmful workers, noisy about work and personal problems. Eating badly done, my roast beef was in a lump on a side of the mischievous bunker. old barely warm fryed and it was all dressed with a dirty dining room. I was tired and hungry, so I ate it anyway. arby’s is usually goog. go to avoid this place from now on.

Very friendly people. Most of the food is good. However, I don't know if it's me or what, but everytime I go through the drive through for my son, I get burnt chicken and either underdone fries or extremely over done fries. Why the unevenness when the cooking procedure is supposed to be the same... unless it's kept under the heating lamps too long?
