Long John Silver's A&w (70011)

I hadn't been to LJ's in many years and decided to stop by during my visit. We ordered a family dish featuring chicken and a burger for my son. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and disappointing. The flavors weren’t quite what I remembered, and the corn had an unusual taste. Additionally, the soda machine dispensed flat drinks. The entire restaurant felt unkempt and rather dirty, which was a disappointment given my earlier experiences.

I pulled over and waited 15 minutes after placing my order, only to receive soggy fries and a sampler plate that was missing the key flavors.

The service here is incredibly friendly! I will definitely come back to Penn Hills. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality, especially since working with the public can be challenging nowadays. I truly appreciate all that you do!

Short hand, but well handled. the manager has gone away! very impressed.

Horrible service. Was asked to park at the drive thru. Waited over 20 minutes while other customer were served. Including another parked car. Was hard getting someone's attention because the dinning room was closed. They had no clue about my order. Was able to get my money back after they pulled my order up on the register. Never going back!
