There were 1 guy who ran the whole show and they kept cool and brought it at a time. It was long waiting, but patience is the key. Respect food workers!!
Subway as long as they are always putting coupons out, I will go on sandwiches getting big customer service is good another how to build a good hoagie as I said I will always go when I buy coupons you get a free 2 for $15 3 for $17 that you can beat it
Overall, I would give this position 4 stars due to customer service. The food is always good and the order is quite easy with the app, so there is not much to deal with these days. Most employees here need help, but one has strengthened my opinion about the location. It must be said that some of the employees need a little more training in customer service. It is not much to do to smile, to welcome, and thank customers. Courtesy doesn't need much. When I get to a store, I want to know it's important to me. Not that I'm a burden. Every time I was in the store, it was quiet, but no smile, no greetings, only complaints from the workers about tips or the rush. Maybe if people had a little courtesy, they would get tips. In particular, do not ignore the customers or give them dirty looks when they come because you have a job to do. That means Michelle was a pleasure working with him. I had a Hiccup about an app order that was never canceled, so I was accused, but nothing got. I spoke to the store, had to wait until a manager calls back from the main office, but they never did. After all, it was a month later and nothing. I called support and they sent me to PayPal to handle it. They denied my claim because the subway claimed that my claim was that my order was not right, but that it was canceled and never refunded. They didn't let me get back to the store so much. Michelle was very nice about the whole thing. We love subway and knew that we would get more food there so that they allowed us to order food for the amount we had expected in the refund. If we really needed the money, not sure how upset I would be with the company, since almost everything was a problem, but Michelle was very helpful, nice and got the problem perfectly solved for us. Thank you. Michelle, we appreciate it.
