Waffles Kafé - New Lenox

A 6 egg omelet??? The Triathlon Very well prepared but the serving size kicked my butt. Food here was fresh and tasty. The Mrs really enjoyed her soup. Our server, Nick, was very attentive, personable, and as efficient as any server we 've seen. We 're Seniors and have seen a few. Nice stop.

If you come on a weekend, there will be a wait. The place is busy and with that a little noisy. Service was good and attentive. Food depends on what you get. We had Eggs Benedict and I’m guessing it’s an instant sauce, the taste did not resemble a hollandaise at all. The Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was huge and great flavor, would recommend. The Santa Fe Skillet was huge and the Corizo definitely adds kick, even w/out the Jalapeños. The BLT is also large and they are not skimpy in the bacon. The portions are big, so you will definitely leave full. They also have some specialty drinks and coffee that add something different to this place. Would return.

So I read the reviews. Asked for Venessa as our sever. Wow. Was I pleasantly surprise she was as sweet and kind as other reviewers noted. Venessa took her time explaining the menu. I had the chicken and waffles was not disappointed. Husband had the triathlon omelette and said taste was full of flavor. Ordered turkey clubs to go for dinner. Can’t wait to dig in. Definitely will be back.

The restaurant is excellent and offers great value for money, with generous portion sizes. It's a lovely place to dine.

So yummy and portions were big! Will definitely come back!
