Wendy's - New London

There was way too much mayo on the sandwich I ordered, and I specifically requested no mayo.

My order is either incorrect or incomplete 90% of the time. They really need to improve their quality control before sending out orders.

The chili contained only three beans and no meat at all. It was overly watery, and the potato was undercooked. There was no cheese on the chili either. I was very dissatisfied!

I always take my grandchildren to this Wendy's because the service is outstanding. The staff here are wonderful; they greet you with a great attitude and clearly enjoy their work.

The kerl at the switch was friendly and very courteous. eating was hot, fresh and very good. we had just come from a nearby steakhouse where we were waiting to sit down, then we were told to the kitchen that we had to wait half an hour more to get our food as soon as we ordered we were on the way to a local event, so we decided to leave the steakhouse and go instead to wendy’s. so glad we made it! wendy’s was much less expensive, much less waiting, and it wasn’t crowded, dark and loud like the steakhouse. my man and I were able to speak and enjoy our food without rushing. we are so glad that we decided to leave the other place and stop in wendys. an all-round pleasant experience.
