Feedback gevenToday I visited the load fed with my son, who is 4 years old, autistic, non verbal and NG tube. I knew it would be a difficult trip because the load would be busy that it is a bank holiday we were hit at the door of the eastern hain that loved my sohn absolutely and they treated my sohn absolutely amazing! they greeted him, spent some time with him and offered him some chocolate tasty. yes the shopping trip was difficult, but this little geste made it that little easier a good choice of Easter were still on camp too
Great coffee served by happy and friendly staff, also some very nice pastries and cakes on display.
We ordered a Rooibos tea and a regular latte around 11:30am on Sunday. The drinks were very well made and just a quick shoot out to the lovely young lady who served us. She was simply delightful, so friendly and professional. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. But you are simply amazing, taking so much pride in your job.
Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic, staff are always professional and so welcoming . Limited menu or not .. food always gorgeous . Clean and tidy not at all like a cheap cafe another reviewer stated , comfortable and super relaxing , my go too place always ! Thank you to the wonderful staff who work so so hard during these trying times at this wonderful coffee shop , I’ll see you soon !
I usually grab something weekly while shopping and as has been stated staff are super friendly and professional. Food is limited but its not a restaurant people. As for the price on par with Costa and perhaps reflects the fact that in the New Malden store which is in Tesco their probably having to pay Tesco huge rents for the space. Dirty with food everywhere....well people keep your kids under control, its not a crèche and yet often there running all over the place shouting and screaming and dropping their food. Once was you sat down as a kid and ate....
