Green Gables - New Milford

The atmosphere was great, happy and the food was the best I ever had before I left Florida. The raspberry was also delicious. So very thirsty quenchen on an unusually hot 90 degree day in May!

My husband and I stopped on Tuesday after a funeral. We're from Connecticut, so we wanted a meal before we go home. Green Gables didn't disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing, the main nativity was the best we ever had, large portions and amazing prices. We told the staff to open a restaurant in Norwalk! Would like to know where to get the main rib, it would like to order!

My wife had the crabcakes and I got the grilled chicken cook salad and tortellini soup. Service was great, people are very friendly and the food was good. Price was very reasonable

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants! I love the owners and atmosphere of this restaurant! I had to go through my pictures and show a collection of food I had eaten there over the years. This is just a small selection of what I had over the years. I'm glad to come back every time! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants the best food and service!! I encourage everyone to eat here at least once, because I know you are back, even if you are out of town, if you are in the area, I can guarantee you that you have this on your list of places to come back. If you need a place to have a meeting or an office party, etc. they have an ingenious pavilion from the back where they call horse shoes, volleyball, corn hole as some but for me it will always be the good old fashion bean bag tos hehe. If there are questions, the owners and employees are always ready to answer them. I have no pictures of the shrimps Sampi, but wow, which is fantastic and the Caesar Salat Dressing is the best I ever had. I can't say enough good about this restaurant! You won't regret coming here! Once again I highly recommend coming to Green Gables!!

Food was good...Beer was great...They have multiple craft beers on tap and in cans also...Bartender Pete was awesome and so was the waitress
