The Manager, Miguel... was very rude. Not just to me as a paying customer but to my aunt whom was standing next to me. This is the worse treatment I have ever received at Panda Express. That is a very poor example for anyone on the team at this Panda location to follow.

Mess up my orderOn Dec 5 6:40, order a big plate 3 entree , they out of teriyaki chicken, i accept for waiting. Then The cashier extra charge a small box of teriyaki chicken on side. No refund at all even I have not touch it and it is their fault. No solution for such a small problem :

Tiny portions. It was almost all rice, only a few pieces of orange chicken, and the crispy shrimp was not crispy and too spicy. The teriyaki chicken has no teriyaki flavor at all? $14 wasted on a pitiful meal. I would never go here again.
