Alberto’s Cheese Wine Bistro

I normally wouldn't write a review about a sandwich but this was such an amazing sandwich it was worth noting. The beet and warm goat cheese sandwich with spinach and balsamic on toasted multigrain bread was fantastic. I chose the stand because I saw veggie options and I was in the french market. If I come to NOLA again there will be a deliberate return visit.

Manchego and Serrano sandwich was awesome simple and to the point , DELICIOUS the most simple and tastiest sandwich I have ever had and so packed with flavor and the Muffuletta was very tasty also

Had a Muffaletta for a late lunch at the French market. Service was a bit slow due to crowd but the taste was unique with fresh ingredients. A nice place to get few healthy, gluten free vegetarian option! I had the Vegetarian Muffaletta, it was delicious and fresh, the bread had a lot of sesame seeds and the filling had lots of green veggies and cheese!

The woman at the register was incredibly friendly and was the main reason I decided to eat here. I ordered an egg sandwich with cheddar, spinach, and two eggs on a croissant. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it for breakfast. The best part was that she brought my meal to my table across the restaurant. Such a lovely gesture!

We were ready to try our first Muffuletta when we noticed they can make any sandwich Gluten Free. They won our vote. 2 people split a 1/2 and it was plenty. The olive salad was perfect. And the staff was fantastic and engaging.
