Bayou Hot Wings - New Orleans

Bayou Hot Wings consistently delivers exceptional food, from their wings and jambalaya to onion rings and fries loaded with all your favorite toppings. They offer a wide range of sauces to match your mood, all bursting with fantastic flavor—even the Beast sauce! My personal favorite is Sauce 4. Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

We recommend this place to everyone we know because we just can't get enough! We ordered the 15-piece combo, half Korean BBQ and half Hot Honey Mustard, along with a 6-piece shrimp Bayou Sweet Heat sprinkled with Lemon Pepper on top. We also got ranch French fries and a fried chicken sandwich coated in Bayou Hot Boy sauce, topped with blue cheese crumbles and served with onion rings on the side. It was absolutely delicious! Scott usually knows our order by heart when we call in, so you definitely should visit and try it – you won’t regret it!

This is the best hidden gem in uptown New Orleans, and it’s been my favorite spot for four years! The coated chicken tenders are simply incredible—my go-to order is the three-piece tenders coated in Hot Boy, paired with the garlic Parmesan fries (they're absolutely amazing). The staff is always friendly, providing great service, even on busy Sunday game days, and the food is consistently excellent. PRO TIP: Grab a bottle of your favorite sauce to take home… you won't regret it!

Had the jambalaya here yesterday. It was okay, but nothing special. I didn’t really like it so didn’t finish it. You can eat in but it’s more a takeout place. When I asked for the wifi password the guy working the counter didn’t know it and made no attempt to get it. Should have tried the wings instead as that’s what they’re known for.Food: 2/5
