Buffa's Lounge - New Orleans

Charming and peaceful bar with music that appeals to all guests! The bartender was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in recommending food. I tried the red beans and rice, but I found it wasn't quite as good as some reviews suggested. Parking is relatively simple, and you can usually find a spot nearby on the side streets. There are a couple of other bars down the street, so it's perfect for a bar-hopping adventure!

This was the first restaurant I visited when I arrived in New Orleans a few days after Hurricane Ida hit. They were open with a limited menu, and I enjoyed a fantastic patty melt burger. I returned several times for other sandwiches, all of which were very good. They also feature great live music in the back, but there is an additional fee to eat there and enjoy the music. The door lady was a bit overbearing, which is the only negative comment I have about the place. Oh, and there's often a friendly dog behind the bar, which is amusing when he hops up on the ice chest to say hello. However, I can't help but wonder what the health department would think about that.

I had a delicious brunch accompanied by delightful jazz music on a Sunday. The biscuits were intriguing—heavy and made in a large pan—but they were rich and flavorful. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the sauces added a nice touch, although they were a bit on the salty side. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

What a fantastic experience! The bar has a lovely ambiance. Adam has an impressive knowledge of the menu. I enjoyed the boudin meatballs and potato salad—absolutely delicious! Just a heads up, be cautious with the ghost pepper burger and wings; they're quite spicy! Overall, it was a great evening with seasoned adults!

Haven't been there in a while used to go for Sunday brunch and the jazz music. Recently went with a friend we shared the brat and a really good potato salad and it Creole mustard in it. Score! It was a Monday and the red beans looked and smelled good
