Burger King - New Orleans

I ordered food for my family through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, we were disappointed. The burgers had very sparse toppings; the tomatoes, lettuce, and onions were nearly nonexistent. The condiments were slathered on so heavily that we had to scrape off the excess just to eat them. To make matters worse, when we cut one of the burgers in half, we discovered a dated cheese tag right in the middle! Additionally, we were missing two orders of fries, and they informed us that they couldn't prepare our milkshakes. When I called to request a refund, the person on the phone was extremely rude and treated me as if I were lying about the issues, even though I had photos to prove it!

On June 28, 2022, I visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed. The burgers were cold, the buns were stale, and the fries were even worse. I didn’t have the energy to go back, so I ended up throwing away $18 worth of food.

In New Orleans, many places tend to disappoint late at night, which is unfortunate since my schedule keeps me out late. However, this is the only chain in the area that doesn't break the bank while actually providing the frozen treats and coffee they advertise. I have to say, this kind of reliability isn't something you'd typically find in Texas. Kudos to BK for demonstrating how it should be done!

WOW I'm a regular customer of the BK. on canal and broad. They have never gotten my orders wrong. Their friendly Professional. Yes I'm a big fan of this location.

I?m currently sitting in the drive thru at 12:26am.. the lights are on, there are workers inside, there are 3 cars behind me, nobody is taking my order though. According to google this place is open until 2am. I?ve been here for 8 minutes.
