Sala - New Orleans

The first time I visited this restaurant was on a Friday evening and it was enjoyable. However, when I decided to try their Sunday brunch, I was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible, the mimosas were awful (served with hot orange juice), and the ****** Marys were nothing special. While the food was okay, we had to constantly ask for our server and waited 30 minutes to receive the check. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our Christmas Eve dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was festive and cozy, with beautiful holiday decorations all around. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure all of our needs were met. The food was delicious, with a special holiday menu featuring traditional dishes as well as some unique and creative options. Overall, it was a memorable evening and we will definitely be coming back next year.

The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding! I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future.

Birthday Brunch with great friends, great service and great food. Sala never let’s us down and we love the neighborhood feel the restaurant has. We eat here for special occasions and basically once a week. The appetizer beignets are great to start and always get the carafe of mimosa. Can’t go wrong with the Sala burger. Plus it is inexpensive with great service at every visit!

Food and drinks were great! It was a little too noisy where we sat, but the overall experience was nice.
