Subway - New Orleans

The subway of the lower garden district in 2000 st. charles ave. has been the worst subway i 've ever. I tried it three times because it's convenient for me. but it is always the same scenario. the owners are not only difficult to communicate with them, but they are also extremely rude, and customer satisfaction is only not in their vocabulary. and they are unclear about subway promotions, including those in the app or email offers. these people should not work in a business that involves customer interaction. there are so many better choices for a sandwich shop in new orleans, I really don't know how these people stay in business. my advice.

The only thing that bothered me was that I had to tell the person behind the counter to change their gloves to make my eating after touching the register.

The worst subway..the Indian family who owns this place is very rude and will not make your sandwich the way you want it.

Too bad Very rude they’re not professional and they lie to you on your face they tell you bathroom Out of order and they go over there and they use it. I am only doing this to save you guys thanks

The food was hot and fresh. I ordered online but it wasn't ready when i got there. They made it when i arrived. Other than that, good just be prepared to wait if you go doing lunch time. Not much parking area.
