Beautiful shops and many vegan foods, although expensive. the vegan tacos at meals from the heart cafe are particularly recommended! also vegan crepes at holy crepes. had the le amore that was great.
There are so many funny providers to search. several providers have vegan eating and tasty as well. it is always a stop to travel to my new orleans
Many options at several stands for vegetarian and vegan. my favorite options are cafe in N’Awlins (see for the sign posted over head, all their vegetarian options, such as jambalaya, red beans and rice, white beans and rice, butter beans and rice, greens and rice, and pasta primavera.)
The Crepe Cart has vegan and gluten free crepes. They use a different crepe burner to cook them on too, so there is no butter transfer. I was also really happy about how kind they were about accommodating vegans and vegetarians. There are several credit cards around town and I told the man serving me that I did not know they had vegan options. He said only the crêpe cart business in the French market has vegan and gluten free. Good to know. And DELICIOUS!!
