Three Legged Dog Tavern - New Orleans

This is a great place to eat or take the family! My wife and I found this place on our last visit to New Orleans. They have great pricing on their food! Only place in the French Quarter you get a Rib Eye Steak for $21.00. They have amazing drink options and a full bar available. Lots space here with no wait to be seated and a friendly welcoming staff we felt comfortable and relaxed. We would absolutely return here next time we visit!

This place is definitely a dive bar. The bartender was not welcoming at all. The food was decent until a rat showed up. I ended up leaving when two rats started to fight. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable. However, I encountered a significant issue with cleanliness, including the presence of rats, cockroaches, and a unpleasant odor. At one point, a cockroach fell from the ceiling onto our table. It's unfortunate because the team is excellent, the beer is enjoyable, and the atmosphere is great when you overlook the hygiene concerns.

They have a great TV showing classic movies, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and the overall vibe was positive. Unfortunately, I have to give it three stars instead, because when I went to the bathroom, I encountered two LARGE cockroaches that seemed to have devised a coordinated approach to corner unsuspecting patrons—almost like they were attempting a mugging! Considering the roaches, the smell, and the slightly high drink prices, I had to give this place a lower rating. If it weren’t for those massive cockroaches, I would have definitely returned and recommended it to others.

Had a great time. Really wanted crawfish so came by on a Saturday and they were very good drink prices are excellent will def be back.
