Wendy's - New Orleans

I go to this wendys at least once in the week to get an salad for lunch. I always asked for an extra dressing and a package of pecans. I always got them without problems. When I was there on Monday, I waited 30 minutes in the line. When I came back into the window, I asked the extra dresses and pecans, a very rude crew member told me it would be 50 cent. I got the same from whondy's very louisiana, and I never had to pay extra. When I said that, she said they had to count everything. I said last week, I didn't complain. she had such an evil attitude. I asked her name and she gave me the extras. I said I still need her name. She said why, because she hadn't accused me. I don't know what her problem was. I know what she said was not true. I've never had problems with whondy's before, but I'll never go there again. it must be fired for everyone that leads it.

I think I understand why the staff was rude today. I am under the impression that they do not receive support from management. Then three minutes later, I asked again, no response, and drove off. If you ever wait long enough to get food, something 's usually missing. My advice: McDonalds a few miles away.
