Wendy's - New Orleans

Cold food and fries were almost warm...Wendy's is usually ALWAYS hot and fresh.

Kids meals dont come with toys any more but cost the same for four nuggets a chocolate milk and apples? Waited twenty mins in line at window and then pulling up to wait and it was a mobile order ordered 20 mins before

Only person in the store, waited a good 5 minutes and NOT a single employee acknowledged that I was there. The guy making the orders looked a me 4 times and not once said that someone would be with me soon.

Won't be visiting this particular Wendy's again. Excellent customer service, but they put old lettuce on my food, and gave me a bunch of everything that I did NOT ask for. I wouldn't feed what they'd given me to a dog.

I had the worst experience at Wendy's ever. I was asked to pull forward because they were cooking fries, or so I was told. While I'm sitting here with my toddler who is throwing a tantrum because he wants his fries, I watched 3-4 cars go through the drive-thru without any food being served to them! All I ordered was a 4-piece nugget and fries! I won't be coming back to this location again.
