Feedback gevenThe young lady at the drive-thru window was very rude and snotty. I don't understand why she was so unpleasant, but she is not suited for working in customer service. I work in a similar field and always strive to make my customers feel special in the hopes that they will return.
The food is good and the milkshakes are large. However, they always seem to forget something from my order. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.
So very slow! they were not busy and I still sat in the line for more than 20 minutes used for 2 regular roast beef sandwiches!
The New Philadelphia location is great. The Dover location always messes up my orders, either missing items or the wrong items are given.UPDATEI have an update on the Arby's location in Dover....I had ordered for delivery. Arby's had called me to say that their milkshake machine was broken and if I wanted a soft drink instead.This Arby's is a franchise and they are in the process of new ownership at this Dover location.I have to say, my order was correct, and the food was good. Hopefully, future orders will be correct and the food will be improved under the new ownership.....
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We arrived at 8 o'clock and it took 5 minutes to take our order. Then they brought our drinks to the window and asked us to wait. We only received our food at 8:30. We brought our food home and each order of fries was burnt and cold. The sandwiches were also cold, as if they had been made and left sitting while everything else was being prepared. There was no excuse for the long wait. Why did we have to wait so long while other cars only waited 5 minutes at most? Never again! 63 for a cold meal!
