Buffalo Wild Wings - New Philadelphia

I placed an online order for 7:10 pm. When I arrived at 7:10 pm, I was informed that my order would take an additional 10 to 20 minutes. The staff apologized and offered me a soda for the inconvenience. While waiting, a high school softball team arrived with their families. After waiting for 10 minutes after they were seated, I went to check on my order but couldn't find anyone, so I decided to leave. In total, I waited for about 40 minutes. My issue is not with the wait time but with the fact that I had to call the restaurant the next day to ensure I received a refund. After speaking with a manager, he said he would look into it, and that was the end of the conversation. It was frustrating to have wasted 40 minutes of my time and have to make a phone call to resolve the issue. While I may seem entitled, receiving a half-priced appetizer coupon would have been a nice gesture to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and effort on the part of the restaurant to rectify the situation.

The food at this restaurant is incredible! I will never stop recommending and ordering the traditional wings with honey BBQ sauce. The fries are also fantastic. The service is exceptional and the desserts are delicious. Although I typically don't enjoy sports bars, I really enjoyed the overall experience here.

I ordered the Cobb salad for $14.00. While it had good flavor, I was not impressed with it.

This was the worst dining experience I've had since moving here from Florida last fall. Waitress walked past my table three times while I had two empty glasses at the end. She never once checked in or offered refills. I waited 80 minutes for a burger then walked out hungry, but not before letting the hostess know of the horrendous service. Then my waitress suddenly mustered enough interest to come out and snap at me on my way out the door about her having had a large party and she was only one person. Well that party left within 15 minutes of my arrival. Nearly an hour she had to focus on serving us, and we got no love. We went elsewhere that thankfully had excellent service. I will never go back to this BWW.

I have eaten at many buffalo wild wings and by far this one I will not return to. The food was good the service was bad. I love the **** Mary's that they sell and have had them at all the other ones I have been to and they are always $5 this one was $9 and when the server brought it to me it wasn't garnished she asked after the fact if I wanted the garnish to go with it and the brought it after. The biggest problem for us was they were not busy at all and the server made us feel like she didn't even want to be there. The crazy thing is that the also advertised a $8 **** Mary on a table advertisement they did end up changing the price to$8 that wasn't the point. I don't mind spending the money on a good drink.
