Penso's Pizza - New Philadelphia

Love the food an price... the folks that work there are amazing but it's small work area Parking: Close to home .an drive through

Ordered pick up, 2 pizzas and a salad. I asked for a fork for the salad and they said they don't have forks. They eventually found one and it was covered in a brown film. I gave it back and they proceeded to tell me they never have anyone ask for silverware to take out.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza, potato wedges and cheese bread. The wedges and bread were good. The pizza was horrible. It was a soupy lava mess! Lift up a slice and everything just slides off. The bottom is soggy and just nasty! Called and complained and they asked if I wanted another? No thanks! Had to put it in my oven and cook it for another 10 minutes just for it to be edible. Oh and ordered extra cheese because they don 't put any on if you don 't ask for it and there was hardly any at all. Terrible experience,won 't ever give them another dollar ! Should 've ordered dominos lol These pictures are after I had to recut it for them and tear it apart to recook it. Gross!

Best. Pizza ? in Phila!!! Tonight we got the thin crust for the first time and it was killer! The toppings were perfect, and the sauce ratio was on point! So many people skimp out on the best part of the pizza ?Thanks for making a quality pizza, making it as if you were going to be eating it. People don't do that anymore. Thanks for a great experience. You guys are the best!
