Jersey Mike's - New Port Richey

It's been some time since I've been to Jersey Mike's, but this evening we decided to give it a try since we had a gift card. We were genuinely impressed by the fantastic service we received from Tori. She not only took our orders, but also tailored them to our preferences. Additionally, she offered some excellent suggestions for other menu items we might want to try on our next visit. Thanks to the outstanding customer service she provided, we definitely plan to return. It was more than just a simple transaction; it was a wonderful overall experience!

As always, the food at Jersey Mike's is fantastic, no matter which location we visit. Given my battle with cancer, being able to enjoy a meal is a special treat, and we usually order a giant sub since it lasts us 2-3 days. This was my first visit to this particular location, and unfortunately, the employees were not friendly at all. They didn’t even greet me—no hellos, nothing. I kept expressing my thanks, but received no acknowledgment in return. It felt like they weren't paying attention, as I had to repeat my order multiple times, and in the end, I only received one sandwich. I won’t be returning to this location.
