The service and food quality at this restaurant have been declining. The chicken was dry, indicating it may have been left on the warming tray for too long. The coleslaw tasted spoiled, raising concerns about the restaurant's adherence to health inspection standards.

This restaurant is the dirtiest I have ever been to. There is food stuck to the walls and water dripping from the ceiling. I was hesitant to touch anything. Overall, I would not recommend dining here.

The waiter at this restaurant was terrible. I asked him for three pieces of chicken breast and a meal with one side, but he insisted that the meal came with two sides. He brought me two sides of potatoes and gravy, but I had to remind him about my one side meal. He charged me incorrectly and I had to get another waiter to fix my order. I observed that he had issues with other customers as well. He seemed uncomfortable and was struggling with taking orders and cleaning up. The positive aspect was that this time all the food was actually available, unlike my previous visit where they ran out of many items.

We went to this place to buy a $20 fill-up. we were immediately told that this price could not be honoured. this display was on the line without running. we feel that the manager should have appreciated this price, but she said that corporate would not allow her to accept the advertised price. we have still bought the same order, but we have done it hesitantly. no happy customer!
