Pdq Trinity - New Port Richey

My family and I ordered the buy one, get one free sandwich combo meals. We tried the crispy chicken deluxe and the big buffy bleu, along with zucchini fries, a Coke Zero, and sweet tea. My wife picked up the order, and when we got home, we found two regular Cokes instead of the Coke Zero we ordered. Additionally, my big buffy bleu sandwich was anything but big; it was missing a whole chicken tender and had regular buffalo dressing, which made it inedible. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and the accuracy of the order. I really can’t understand how they managed to provide something completely different from what we ordered. The food itself is excellent, but the staff's accuracy and efficiency leave a lot to be desired.

As for kid-friendliness, there were TVs that entertained my children, and the kids' meal options were excellent.

The food can be a bit inconsistent, but overall it’s quite good. However, I find it ridiculous to charge extra for sauce. I spent $30 on two meals, and then I have to pay extra for sauce just because I didn’t order nuggets? I really enjoy dipping my fries in the creamy garlic sauce because it's so delicious, but apparently, $30 for two meals isn’t enough to cover that.

Sadly my zucchini fries were soggy because I didn't realize they were in a plastic bubble until I got home 20 minutes.. Everything else was perfect.

Delicious food. Employees are friendly and helpful. Very clear place. Chicken made to order hot and fresh Yummmmmm .....
