Ettlin's Cafe - New Prague

Small place that has made to order food. I had freshly grated hashbrowns which I don't think I ever had in my life, and a fall coffee flight that was amazing. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Showed up just before closing. Waitress was very nice. Breakfast burrito was Great. Omelet my wife said was very good too. Will be back, earlier not at closing.

Great pit stop coming through town! Had a wonderful farmer's omelet.

Absolutely phenomenal! The Ettlin’s Cafe is the best cafe ever. The service was incredibly friendly, prompt, and wonderful. Every dish we tried was exceptionally delicious and fresh, showcasing the high-quality ingredients and skillful preparation. The charming and inviting atmosphere made our visit even more enjoyable. The cappuccino was excellent, and the flights were an absolute delight. Highly recommended!

As some other folks have mentioned, be sure you have 30-60 minutes to wait for your meal after ordering. It was amusing to watch the Sorting Hat be whisked from table to table as Hogwarts 'House Flights ' were ordered!
