The food was fantastic, but the service really stood out. Our waitress, Pontsho, was incredible. Overall, I would rate the meal as follows: Dine-in for dinner, with a cost of around R 200–250 per person. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

This place is absolutely lovely, and it's unfortunate that it doesn't receive the attention it used to when I was younger. The food remains top-notch, and our waitress was a joy to have—it's rare to find both excellent service and great food, but Ocean Basket has managed to provide both. As for kid-friendliness, there's no dedicated area for children, but my son enjoyed the kids' menu.

Kid-friendliness: My children are older, so they didn't need a special area to play, but I noticed many other kids around, and everything seemed to be just fine. They also brought the kids' meals out quickly, which was great. Wheelchair accessibility: The layout is open, making it easy to accommodate wheelchairs. Service: We dined in.
