Great customer service! I went in store instead to pick up and the cashier shania gave me the best suggestion for my yogurt flavor now Im addicted Lol ! Best frozen yogurt hands down

I ordered a large and medium cup and they only filled it half way. You cant combine flavors either. For the price its better to go in person

I order 16 handles often enough to be called a regular. Im a big fan of their vanilla frozen yogurt. Its smooth and creamy wo having an artificial aftertaste. My fav fav thing is ordering extra sprinkles on the side. So delish! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they could have a better selection of flavors. I like to try different things, and they dont change their flavors enough, or have an extensive collection to begin with.

I love 16 handles!! I go there pretty frequently but I only give it 4 stars because they get rid of the best flavor a lot. They used to have green apple but Im not sure if it discounted or something else. My whole family loves that flavor and so do me and my friends, I just wish it was still there.
