Dunkin' - New Rochelle

Service used to be great. Sometimes the customer service can be very rude and present a foul attitude.

Best dunkin coffee ...it is always consistent no matter who makes . Def the go to spot for a very good coffee.

Love dunkin but this location is always dirty and always has a line/wait even when your order mobile. They definitely cater to the iona kids first too I ordered a drink on mobile drove from my house in Pelham to dunkin in New rochelle and took a call inmy car what said would be ready in 8 mins wasn't ready 24 mins later because instead of going in time order or even makingeasiest/quickest first if they want to go out of order instead they took care of iona volleyball team breakfast and drink orderswho had arrived while I was in my car on my phone (clearly way after my mobile order was entered) after all that my order waswrong n I had to get a refund

It's dunkin what cam you really say. This one is by a university so at times they are jammed packed. Service is what you pay for.
