North River Deli - New Rochelle

The woman at the grill always has a terrible attitude whenever I visit. She consistently messes up my orders. The last time, I ordered a salad and she became rude when I requested additional toppings. In the end, the salad was missing half of the ingredients it was supposed to have. How do you even mess up a salad? Additionally, most items here are overpriced, but the positive energy of the clerk is the only redeeming quality of this place.

I made a quick stop at the deli mart in New Rochelle during halftime of the Sunday football game. It’s a typical neighborhood deli where you can find soda, beer, snacks, lottery tickets, newspapers, sandwiches, cigarettes, and more. I just wanted to grab the Sunday newspapers and play some Mega Millions and Powerball, and that was about it. This local deli serves a useful purpose for the residents and is also great for anyone with 15 minutes to spare before the third quarter begins.

If you haven't experienced local delis, you're truly missing out on something special.

Amazing food! Fresh always and clean. Their food is a go to for our family on nights we don't want to cook but also want something relatively healthy and fresh.
