Feedback gevenI ordered a small drink, a quarter-pound burger, and small fries. The staff didn’t mention a meal deal, and I ended up being charged $9.57.
The restaurant was quite empty when I went through the drive-thru. I had to wait in line for my food; while the fries were hot and fresh, the quarter-pound burger was cold, and the bacon was soggy. It seems like the burger had been sitting there waiting for the fries.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The staff were excellent, but my experience with the self-service kiosk was frustrating. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to eat, so I decided to take a look at the menu on the kiosk. After placing my order, I didn’t receive a receipt, and the order number disappeared from the screen too quickly. I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes for my food. Thankfully, one of the employees noticed I hadn't received my order by that time and helped me resolve the issue. They had to prepare my food from scratch, even though my card had already been charged. In hindsight, I should have just ordered from a real person. So, while the staff were fantastic, the technology could use some improvement.
Very clean and really nice staff. I wish all McDonalds were like this one. Only complaint was the kiosk didnt work but the shift manager saw this apologized and took my order and I was on my way back on the road. Good employees make a difference. Thank you.
Forgot our fries and we had to travel 20 minutes back to the store to pick up the rest of our order. We called and let them know we were from out of town and wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience of having to return for our order... need tostep it up
