Twistee Treat Clermont

We visit every time we’re in New Smyrna. The ice cream is amazing, though it might take a bit of time to receive your order.

I noticed that the manager responded to my post, but I haven't received any follow-up from Twistee Treat as promised. I'm really disappointed, Twistee Treat! It feels like this is just a strategy to enhance your image on this review.

To be honest, I can't recommend this place. The man at the service window was rather rude to an elderly lady just before us. Our own interaction with him was okay, but while we waited, we could see the staff in the back staring at us. To make matters worse, as soon as I got my ice cream cone, it began melting immediately. I had to hurry to finish it before it dripped all over me. Overall, it was disappointing in terms of customer service and the quality of the ice cream.

Staff was nice and took our orders quickly. Was out of bananas and hot fudge so took a star off for that. Ice cream was delicious!

If you want a great beach ice-cream experience in New Smyrna there are only two place to go, and Twistee Treat is the first place!
