Everything was perfect! It’s been a while since I ordered from a fast-food restaurant and received exactly what was listed on my receipt. Today was exceptional; thank you for your incredible attention to detail. I truly appreciate it. Everything was just so delicious!

If you have any specific dietary restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Wendy's. As a diabetic, I often look for quick meals that avoid high-carb foods like bread and potatoes. In the numerous times I've visited this location, I’ve only received the lettuce bun I requested for my burger twice. They’ve also managed to include the condiments I asked for on those two occasions, while every other time, I was given packets in the bag instead. These options are available on the app for a reason, so I’m puzzled as to why it’s such a challenge for this branch. Even when I order items without modifications, they struggle to differentiate between Parmesan crisps and croutons on a salad. If you’re ordering standard menu items without any changes, this place might be okay; however, it's a hassle for those of us who need slight modifications for health reasons.

I was disappointed to receive a pumpkin spice milkshake instead of the Strawberry Lemonade I had ordered. Pumpkin spice is better suited for pies than milkshakes. However, the rest of my order was hot, fresh, and delicious!
