Blackbeard's Inn - New Smyrna

Consistent good food.. Good food and great service always. Seafood and salad bar wise, for the money I'd drive the extra distance to Aunt Catfishs. Blackbeard does have a great prime rib though. All in all always a pleasurable meal.

We have been coming to NSB for over 20 years. We had never tried Blackbeards. We have wanted to; but usually the line up is longer than we want to wait. Yesterday we finally made it. Prime Rib. What a surprise. Took Mom there for Mother's Day. Coconut shrimp good. Had 17 oz prime rib that was excellent. Service was fast. Enjoyed The evening.

The best Fish Soup. We went for the soup and salad bar. Had the soup and didn't want to eat anything else. It was absolutely delicious. The broth has an Italian base along with many vegetables and nice chunks of fish. The best I have ever had. We took the salad bar off of the bill and just had the soup and bread and of course the awesome cinnimmon rolls. <br/ <br/ I'm hoping we could get a recipe for the fish soup since we live in St. Louis, Missouri. I'm sure I will have dreams if this soup until I return next year. <br/ <br/ So thankful for my sister and brother in law for taking us there.

My Favorite Place to Eat. Lunch or Dinner you just can't go wrong. Prices are good and the food is consistently awesome. Best burgers in town and the Prime Rib is to die for. The servers are friendly and attentative. Couldn't recommend any place better.
