Feedback gevenThe all-you-can-eat breakfast at this restaurant was excellent, and I also enjoyed their lunch. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean, with affordable prices. I will definitely be visiting often.
I ordered a Long Island iced tea and the chicken club sandwich. I enjoyed the cute kartoffel frits with aioli. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and it wasn't too crowded for a lunchtime visit.
When we arrived at the restaurant, the two tables for our group of 16 were separated by 10 feet, preventing us from talking to each other. Despite our request, the staff refused to move them closer. The dining room was empty, so there was no reason for the tables to be so far apart. Our experience was disappointing from the start. Two of my cousins had to send their dishes back to the kitchen because they were served cold. The menus on the table were incomplete, and we waited a long time for our drinks. The service was poor and almost nonexistent. The manager's response when we complained was dismissive, saying that they were technically closed. To top it off, my mother, who has celiac disease, was served gluten despite being assured that her meal was gluten-free. This led to a severe reaction. It was a truly terrible experience, and we have decided not to return to Nottawasaga in the future.
How to support local businesses while covid and they have a special date night promotion now, which is excellent value for the quality of the ingenious food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and I believe they offer an option if they do not want to stay. the service was really good, but the atmosphere was very relaxing, the host, briana was very friendly and welcoming! our server, destiny was very attentive. would definitely recommend.
If you want to go to brunch for ambiance, this is your place. Our server came promptly over once we chose a table and asked for our drink order. I felt like an ice water, but when she brought it there was a long hair right in the glass. She apologized said “sorry if it’s mine” (not sure who else’s it would be as it was just sat on the table that second) but didn’t even offer to get a replacement. Gag. That kind of threw me off for the rest of the meal. I was extra aware of cleanliness and one of the hotel staff went up to the fruit tray and took some in his hands. Definitely not the quality for the prices they’re asking for the brunch.
