Subway - New Tecumseth

Stopped in to grab lunch to go. Friendly staff, not overly busy. Subs were good as always. The place was clean and quick service. Always a safe place to stop for good food and quick service.

We have been to this subway a few times and found that it has the freshest tasting vegetables and always puts lots on the sub without constantly asking for more. Great service.

My husband went with a coupon for "buy a footlong and get one for 99c" He ordered the subs and brought them home. The bill was close to $20 as they didnt honor the coupon. The coupon was sent to our mailbox!!! That was the first isssue. The second was the meat was rotten. It smelled bad- the turkey breast was yellow. I phoned as my husband went to get arefund. The "manager" who later in the conversation admitted she was a supervisor, told me that she couldnt refund us until monday. Its thursday now. she told me the meat is "always like that" and its just the way it comes from head office!!!! OMIGOD. !!!! I have been in the food service industry for 30 years and never ever have I heard such a thing. I have had complaints in different restaurants but you try to make it right!! So my husband went back over with the subs and she wanted to refuse a refund so he said he wasnt leaving until he got his money back. She finally refunded him. So disappointed. I think they keep their food out at room temp too long. Wont ever go back and will make sure I warn friends/family also. Yuck. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Maybe because its owned by cops they can get away with it????

You get what you expect at a sandwich shop. Great selection of meat on a great selection of bread with a great selection of toppings. Just don't come here looking for filet mignon and you're going to be happy!

The staff are always miserable in this location....no smiles, very abrupt! Shocked! If, you don't like what you are doing then go do something else. The cucumber on my sub was frozen....I spotted it and the girl said it is fine.....I said no it's not please exchange it, she did but, there was still one piece frozen in it. gross! She looked mad because I said something....unreal!!!!
