Taco John's - New Ulm

Gray hair in taco and the meat filling was runny. Very little cheese on the tacos. Chicken Boss bowl was very small, has the wrong rice, barely any pico and a bunch of orange sauce. Won't make the mistake of stopping again.

They just got kids running the store that don’t know how to run a store or make food. For the past year the food has been soggy and cold, and when it comes to hard shells they will always be broken. I work in fast food, It really isn’t that hard to make the best food you can with what you are given and I know for a fact there isn’t a reason for them to be having soggy food almost everytime.

Very good food, polite service and a relaxing atmosphere.

Drive thru is quick. Dining area is up-to-date. Good iced tea.If you like Taco John's, this is a well ran store. One of the better fast food options in New Ulm.

So I ordered the meal with two hard shell tacos and a large ole, I asked for only meat and the shell nothing on it she clarified it with me. I get home which is only about 7 blocks away and they had mild sauce and everything else on it. But that's not what upset me the most because accidents happen. The meat was ice cold not even the slightest bit warm, same with my husband's burrito he just didn't want to complain. I called and said that the meat was freezing and the lady was really rude to me and said ummmm no it's not we cook it to 185 degrees and I Said I'm aware of what it's supposed to be at she then said it was cooler because of the sauce and I Said I'm also aware of that I worked at taco bell but the meat is still warm not ice cold! She wrote my name down for 2 replacement tacos and I went the other day and they said they don't even have anything what a waste of almost 30 dollars I spent that night!
