Met Bar and Grill - New Westminster

I was recently at The Met in New West for a blind dateI loved the Met, not so much the date.

In town for a friends birthday and we stopped by for drinks and dessert! We sat in the bar area and a lovely lady named Jenn take care of us.

The staff are generally nice and the service is pretty good but each time I've come here some sort of "incident" takes place with the trash that hang out

Tucked away in the Historical Met Hotel built in 1892 is an old fashioned basic pub. Regulars seem to be locals here. The pub needs some love but its clean and staff are warm and welcoming. Food was well prepared and tasty. Nice local beers on tap. Great service.

We sat in the patio fro 15 minutes..no one came to take the order the place by skytrain...so many junkies and low life i will not recommend this place to anyone waste of time and your hard earned money
