I have seen that he argue with other customers and I know many others that are not. happy with his service. previous manager ran the business much better. even his employees complain about him and the way they are treated

During our recent stay in vancouver we use the great location of this subway restaurant several times. even if we never had the same server twice the service was unavoidably excellent.
I came in here to bite quickly and warm up with my children. asked the server behind the counter whether they could turn off their ceiling fans; we can't turn off the fans because they are connected to the lights no electr would. connect these two things to one another. it is grad celecius outside the nd who want to freeze our back. if I get the child's lung inflammation, I'll knock you out.
Doordash lost my order.My order was placed through the subway website.How it works, as explained by doordash is that because it's done by third party, they cannot refund us directly.What they can do is take responsibility for the lost order. After which they send the refund to subway, and subsequently, subway is supposed to refund us.However, this subway after being refunded by doordash and basically having 2x the value of the order originally placed.Refused to refund me.I tried to explain in detail to the girl working there how it worksZero customer service skills at all on that woman. Refused to let me speak without cutting me off. Hung up on me. Told me that she knows best and wouldn't listen.I was relatively kind up to this point, but the absolute gall and audacity of this person was truly something else.We are considering legal action at this point.And I say this with every ounce of my soul, this little girl should not be anywhere near a customer service job.Zero manners whatsoever. Zero intelligence. Zero listening skills. Absolute embarrassment.When you ask yourself why you work at subway and have done nothing with your life, remember this review.Edit also tried to explain that I've worked in the food industry for many years, I understand how doordash functions in regards to orders placed through other websites.She has a complete inability to listen and communicate without cutting people off, to the point where I felt like I was talking to a small child trying to get their way.
