Tora Sushi - New Westminster

The food at Tora Sushi is incredible, and the staff is fantastic. I am never disappointed when I dine here. The dishes are always fresh and delicious.

The waitress at the restaurant appeared to be very unfriendly towards us. When I asked for gluten-free soy sauce, she angrily insisted that the low sodium version was gluten-free. However, after checking the ingredients, I politely pointed out that there was wheat in it, which contains gluten. She then brought out a new bottle of soy sauce with a homemade label that said "gluten-free", claiming she had filled it herself. The lack of consideration and understanding in her actions was disappointing. This was one of the worst customer service attitudes I have ever experienced. It would be beneficial for her to show more patience and friendliness towards customers. Perhaps she should work on faking a better attitude until it becomes genuine. Good luck.

I ordered the chicken karaage and found that it did not taste good and was chewy. The portion sizes were small for the price, making it very pricey.
