Zaaki Cuisine - New Westminster

Fresh ingredients, fair size portions,good middle eastern food, deserts have worked my way through the chicken, lamb,mixed meats platters on my visits to this restaurant ,grab a stool and watch the world go by

I've been there once. I had a chicken shawarma platter. It was very delicious and big enough to get full. They also do beef kebab, falafel and other sweet dishes. The menu is not that big but simple. Seating arrangement is bit crampy, I would say. Its on 6th and 6th.The owner was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back and check other dishes.

Delicious food, amazing service. The couple that own the place use fresh ingredients. It reminded me of food I have had in the streets of Dubai.

Zaaki is a tiny room in the Uptown area of New Westminster that serves Middle Eastern food. This is not a donair shop, of which there are plenty in New West. Zaaki serves a small but varied menu of chicken shawarma, beef kebab, and wonderful freshly made falafal in either a pita wrap or a platter. There are also soup, many side dishes, including a very tasty mutabbal (similar to baba ganoush), several kinds of small savoury pastries, and some delicious desserts. There are two small tables and some stools at the window. The proprietors are very friendly. I will definitely be back with my spouse so we can get several things to share.

The first time you tried the food of zaaki. ordered chicken-shawarma-plate (reg) and kunafeh for the exit. service was prompt and the place is busy. the food was delicious and tasty that is dessert one must try! definitely back.
