El Jalapeno Charro - New Windsor

Stopd by El Jalapeño Charro after visiting the Storm King Art Center. We were STARVING. We loved our food, the ambience in the restaurant is right on the brand for authentic Mexican cuisine. The waiters were men, they were very attentive and friendly. All our foods were fresh and delicious. Once you sit, you get chips and salsa as home courtesy, chips were fresh and the salsa was great! We have the guacamole for appetizers and tacos for our main course. Overall we had a great experience and we would return. Hold by and see yourself. Thank you.

Great food and even better service. Beautifully decorated, each piece of furniture is an art piece! Definitely return in the future. Very recommended. We had Ceviche, Tacos and Frömmchen. Children had nachos and burgers. The kids said this is the best Mexican restaurant they were in.

Good food and atmosphere. Service amazing. Given water and chips and salsa immediately. Drink and food orders taken right away. Older genteel man who looked like the owner maybe was our main server. They made sure we had everything at all times from extra sauces to refill. Loved him 10/10. Raspberry margarita was strong and I was feeling it by the end. Love you bye
