The table stored for us was not big enough for the party we have reserved a month before the time. men's standing

Ainsworth canceled our reservation randomly day from- then gave us a table for 2, when we had 3 people. in front of the house staff very rude. but wait staff very nice.

I had reserved the day. it was only shown that the venue is not open until 2.

Kind of an odd first time visit. We made a reservation on OT, and the restaurant called to confirm, and we said yes we would be there. When we got to the restaurant they had a sign out front stating that there was a private event going on. Two big bouncers were standing out front, and it felt more like the entrance of a club, and one for which we were not invited. The doormen were not helpful at all, and I had to show them our reservation on my phone to get in (we almost just left). We went inside and the place was mostly empty. Everything else ok, but it sure was not very inviting, and as if they did not really care if they were full or not. They could probably double their revenue just by a friendlier front door situation.
