Amendola's Pizzeria - New York

Fantastic! Whenever the opportunity rises to travel to NY.... our first stop is here! Living in the South, we don't get pizza like NY pizza!....it's close, but not the same. Definitely recommend this restaurant! Till next time.......

Legendary local pizza parlor with a real Italian running the place and still in charge. Authentic and not fancy, but appreciated for being old school and correct; A+

I was excited to try something new and thought the food would be good based off the reviews. Couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food was not fresh tasting and low quality. I’m not a fussy eater at all, but my eggplant rollatini was inedible — I had to throw it away. The sauce was watered down and greasy and the cheese tasted spoiled. I am from new york, this is singlehandedly the most delicious pizza i’ve ever eaten. A cozy and nostalgic hole in the wall place, it doesn’t get more traditional than this
