Ammos Estiatorio - New York

The weight staff was not responsive, not helpful. The food was terrible. We had got 4 different dishes and none of them were good. The chicken was super dry the lasagna was dry would not recommend at all. 

It's really convenient in terms of meeting people before heading home from work. The food was just okay for how much everything cost. The service was kinda slow. I'd go back but stick to drinks and maybe an app but wouldn't recommend for dinner.

FIRST THE WEBSITE showed a prix fixe lunch at 39 wehn we got there it was 55 and the waitress said that the website had not been updated a little embarrassing when you have recommended it to someone who is picking up the tab she loved her salad and sardines my moussaka was rather dry and not much flavor but then have just spent a week in Greece where ate several wonderful moussakas at a third or half the price had eaten at Ammos before and had a very good memory of it but would not go back

Food was average. Sole and vegetables were like warm. Service was considerably less than optimal. Needed to ask three times about a glass of Malbec before I was told that they did not serve it by the glass.

Just stopped in for a quick drink before our train but a lovely server and lovely time!
