Chick-fil-a - New York

The food is great. I used the app and was able to pick it up at the pickup counter. It was quick and seamless. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative is all the delivery people on mopeds in front of the store. They were about 25 and had to walk through them to get inside.

This Chick-fil-A has become my absolute favorite, and it's not just because of its convenient location near my workplace. What truly sets this place apart is the remarkable level of friendliness and courtesy displayed by their staff. Every visit is greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything you need. They go the extra mile, addressing you by your first name and sending you off with well-wishes for a wonderful day. It's a rare and delightful touch that not every establishment offers. On top of their exceptional service, I've never encountered any issues with my food orders here. The food is always fresh, making every meal a delightful experience. In short, I can't find a single complaint about this fantastic Chick-fil-A.

This chick-fil-a is surprisingly large! They have a massive upstairs seating area that’s really nice and clean. As always, the service is fast and friendly.
