Feedback gevenI want to share my experience at this Chipotle location. Every time I've visited, the doors were locked. Today, September 30th, 2022, I arrived at the Chipotle on 125th Street at 8:48 PM. According to their hours, they shouldn't close until 10:00 PM, but the employees had already locked the door and were cleaning up in the back. When I knocked, the employees just laughed and dismissed me. This is completely unacceptable.
I've never written a review before, but I'm really frustrated. Please don't order pickup or delivery from this place. It seems that unless you watch them prepare your order, they won't follow any of the instructions you leave. I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak, which costs an additional $7.75. The total came to $28, plus another $10 for delivery. I was so excited to dig in, but as soon as I opened it, I was deeply disappointed. It felt like they went out of their way to skimp on the steak. I was hoping to find the extra steak hidden under the veggies and guacamole, but there were only four small pieces of steak. I've ordered the same thing from Chipotle at various locations, and this was by far the worst experience. I'd have understood being upset if they just gave me a regular portion of steak instead of the extra one I paid for, but this was even less than that! It was so tiny that it honestly felt deliberate. I spent nearly $40 on this meal, so yes, I'm upset. On the bright side, the delivery service I used gave me a refund. To top it off, they also forgot to include a fork or napkins.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was closed because it hadn’t been working for the last two days. To make matters worse, there was a man with mental health issues who was harassing the staff and throwing items off the customers' tables. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there, so I decided to leave. This place really needs a security presence or some kind of assistance.
The worst Chipotle I ever been through. The food is cold, and they don?t have no sour cream, veggies. They don?t even told me before I ordered, The store is fill with full of garbage, They don?t have no forks and spoons. and the lady behind the counterwas very rude ????. I wasted my $17.
I found bugs in my food! Thank goodness I always inspect my meal before eating, because this is absolutely disgusting. I would advise against dining here, as it's clear they don't properly wash their ingredients. I've heard of people ending up in the hospital after eating from this establishment. While I did receive a refund, I am still not satisfied. I'm currently discussing this situation with my lawyer. This is just unbelievable!
