Great place! I visited the location in NYC today and was greeted with hospitality and warmth! The coffee was excellent, even better than the other cafes I have tried!

The food was delicious, but the sandwich seemed stale and the service did not meet my expectations.

I came to this restaurant for a crab cake special sandwich and was very disappointed. Nothing in my order tasted fresh. The bread was stale and hard, the "crab cake" was like a overcooked beef patty, and it was supposed to come with sweet potato fries but instead came with cold sweet potatoes. The meal was disgusting and I couldn't eat it.

The suppers are not made in the house. yet they have great taste! possible chance of food storage and poisoning, as they are delivered by various food centers.

Decent coffee but it’s not worth the price or poor customer service. I’ve been here a few times and I always need to repeat my order multiple times because I get talked over when I’m trying to give it. Small Cappuccino with Almond Milk.... but it always ends up being “small coffee milk and sugar” or some other variation.
