Feedback gevenI was hoping to write a 5 star review given the other reviews, but it just wasn?t it. Overall a good experience. Would?ve wanted a bit more food, my first tasting menu experience where I was left thinking I?m not completely full. The butternut squash souppresentation could?ve been better. We really liked Quentin, very knowledgeable about wine!
Loved it!! Speakeasy fine dining restaurant behind an art gallery. Sat counter side, and always fun watching the chefs at work! Creativity was off the charts. Dishes are a little heavy on cream, but it makes for excellent flavor! And certainly leftfeeling quite full. Recommend for dates or a small group. The cooking technique was masterful and the service was fantastictoo!
The beautiful blank canvas for our love story. A first date, turned forever date and wedding night. The culinary experience is superb, an intimate chef's table (counter) makes for an immersive experience. The wine and bubbly pairings, near perfect. ChefFranco and the team, including Lita are worthy of a 3 star Michelin. Thank you for providing such timeless memories for us.Looking forward to coming back again, and again as the menu and art evolves.
One of the best culinary experiences we?ve ever had. The wine pairings were incredible and each course absolutely blew our minds. I teared up from pure joy at one point. This was an exceptional NYC experience.
Every dish was perfectly executed. Chef Franco Sampogna is outstanding. The whole experience of being able to watch the kitchen work was amazing. The service was great. Why doesn't this place have a Micheline star ?
