I'm not at all embarrassed to admit that we made plans to go here after watching a FoodNetwork documentary about Ivan Orkin and his ramen.

We went to Ivan Ramen on a Saturday night and had to wait the standard 45 minute waitIt was totally worth it though.

Cant say whether I recommend this or not because they sent a spicy ramen instead of regular tonkotsu that was ordered.
