Joe The Juice - New York

I really enjoy Joe & The Juice, but this location needs to improve its cleanliness! I've ordered from here frequently, and on more than one occasion, I've received juices that appeared and tasted contaminated.

I would return every day just for Jericho's exceptional service and hospitality.

I ordered a fresh green juice, but what I received was a watery mess with a poorly cooked egg mixed in. It was cold, unappetizing, and overpriced. Who thought that was a good idea? I would recommend looking for a different place to eat.

They saw a huge roach go over the counter and go to bake and then the floor and then crawl the wall after my job just now. the staff was super nice and immediately refunded me, but that was the biggest thing I saw at every place in nyc serving. perhaps the pest control is necessary, roaches prancing to be on the theke on the wide day light would suggest a full of them. but again, maybe only bad.

Coffee machine broken for over a month. Not a couple days or a week but over a month! How can you run a coffee shop with a broken machine for so long. Ever since they hired a complete new staff this location has been a joke of a coffee shop, even when the machine was working they screw up a regular coffee with milk. I don't know if the company is using a new brew or the workers don't know how to make a simple hot coffee but it tastes like milk and hot water. Prices also vary depending on the worker at the register, not worth the overpriced cost for a bad cup of joe.
